With an increasing amount of things in our day fighting for our time, it can be challenging to find a productivity system that is able to keep us on track.
Of the three systems listed below, i’ve been using To-doist religiously for the past year. However, of course different productivity systems work for different people, hence i would recommend trying out different methods to find out which suits you!
Here are 3 systems.
1. Todoist !!!
I do a brain dump
Every random thought >> goes into my today list- which subsequently I’ll schedule to a different day/ organise into a different folder, so i don’t end up missing out on tasks to do.
For example:
Suddenly in the middle of the work day an email pops up and I remember I need to pay for the car insurance.
Into the “Today”’s section of Todoist it goes!
At the end of the day, I can then reschedule it to the weekend … or whenever would be a more suitable time to tackle this task.
Some people find that organising it directly into the appropriate folder and putting a deadline on the spot works better for them. Ie. you don’t have to reschedule it later.
However, I prefer the dumping of all my tasks into one place and rescheduling it later method!

2. 1-3-5 Method
It entails writing down 1 big task for the day, 3 medium tasks, and 5 small tasks.
3. Eat The Frog
In summary —
Eat the frog entails figuring out what the most difficult task for the day is…
Then do it!
Repeat the process every day
The idea is that over many days, much will be accomplished!
Live fruitfullyy!
